What personal data we collect and why
Contact by email
If you contact us by email (for example to apply to perform), we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to you and to organise our events. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Analytics
We use WP Statistics, a self-hosted analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, browser type, approximate location derived from an anonymised IP address). This data is stored on our own server and is not shared with third parties. We also use Google Site Kit, which may connect the site to Google services such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console; Google may process usage data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Marketing pixels
Our site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel may set cookies and share usage data with Meta Platforms, as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. These cookies are only used subject to your consent where required by law.

Photography and video at events
Our events are photographed and filmed. Photos and videos from events may be published on this website and on our social media channels for promotional purposes. If you appear in such material and would like it removed, contact us at hello@dramatica.lt and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How long we retain your data
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data we hold about you, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability.
